Thank you! This was by far our best boarding experience. Our little dog CJ doesn’t warm up to people and new places quickly so I was surprised that she allowed everyone to pet her and that she didn’t drag when I led her on our tour of the place. It was so nice to see the little bedroom and play areas that she would spend 3 days in and for the first time I felt okay about boarding her. When we picked her up she smelled clean and looked great and was very happy instead of her usual dragging to get me out of there when I picked her up from being boarded at another place. It was really great that I could add a bath and even grooming prior to picking her up— that Renaissance is really a one-stop shop. She’ll only be staying at Renaissance in the future and I felt like it was a vacation for her too!

This is an awesome place to share with your pets. They have the best staff ever and my pets love going here. They take all the stress out of being separated for you and your pets. After trying several other places and having not so great experiences Renaissance Pet Resort turned out to be the best place I have ever taken my pets to. They are 100 % for the animals…some days as a treat I take my two little dogs there just to play and to get a nice grooming. The grooming department does an excellent job. Everything Renaissance does is with love.

I could honestly write a novel about how much I love Renaissance Pet Resort and their staff. Everyone there is so wonderful and caring. Katryn has provided my family with a safe, loving and nurturing environment for our very timid rescue dog. Diesel (don’t let the name fool you…he’s a nervous nelly dachshund) goes there every Saturday for daycare and a Splash N’ Dash bath and checks into the resort periodically throughout the year while we are out of town. Since taking him to Renaissance he’s come out of his shell and even my neighbors have noticed a difference in him as he’s become more confident and less shy. I will recommend Renaissance over and over and can’t wait to rave about it to anyone who’s looking for a safe and loving place to board their animals.

We are frequent customers of Renaissance Pet Resort. We recently took a one month trip and left our three Shelties, Alex, Tate, and Taz with Renaissance Pet Resort. They do excellent job of taking care of our kids and I would highly recommend them. Our dogs ALWAYS come back to us looking like a million dollars. They are nice and clean and healthy and are always happy to see us. We go off and enjoy our vacation knowing they are safe and happy and getting good care. When we arrive to pick them up, they are always well organized in having the dogs and all their stuff ready to go. Thank you to all the staff at Renaissance! You’re terrific!
