Renaissance Pet Resort & Spa is staffed by Pet Care Attendants 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are available to administer medication, attend to special needs or serve specialized meals at any time of the day or night. While we are here 24/7, we do have office hours for check in and out, bathing and pet supply purchases.

10:00 am to 12 noon & 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm
You may check-in ANYTIME during business hours, however, your pet’s room may not be immediately available and he will enjoy playtime until it is cleaned and ready.
Charges are billed nightly with a 12 noon departure. Pets may stay until closing time by taking advantage of daycare. Pets bathed on the day of departure are not charged the $20 day care fee.
We encourage you to pre-register online or in our office prior to your reservation. If registering at time of boarding, please allow 30 minutes to complete the registration process.
Pets must be current at time of stay. Proof of vaccination or titer testing from a Veterinarian is required. We apologize, but we cannot accept handwritten puppy vaccination books. Please ensure our office has the vaccination records PRIOR to arrival.
Dogs: DHPPC, Bordetella and Rabies are required.
Cats: FVRCP and FeLV are required.
Medication charges $1 per dose. Additional fees may apply for extensive medical care and/or special needs.
Please bring your pet’s food. We want to keep the diet as consistent as possible so please do not bring food your pet is not used to eating.
Every pet that stays with us has a different diet and different feeding routine. Please bring all meals individually bagged.
If your pet needs additional meals, specialized treats or has meal requirements that involve more than the typical dry and a topper such as chicken or canned food, or requires food to be prepared, we can accommodate for an additional fee per meal.
We serve meals at designated times and 3 meals per day is included in the nightly rate:
Breakfast: 5am – 7am
Lunch: 12 noon – 1pm
Dinner 5pm -7 pm
We welcome treats. They are given randomly through out the day. If your pet is on a specific treat schedule, we are happy to accommodate, but it will be counted as an additional meal and incur a cost. Please check with us for more information.
All rooms offer beds, sheets, blankets, rugs, place mats and bowls in a centrally controlled environment. You are welcome to being a few personal items from home, but please be considerate of the amount. Our staff must inventory and keep track of all items for every guest. We want our staff to focus on the playtime and care of your pet and not only keeping track of personal items. One or two toys and a blanket is great. If your pet cannot have a bed or bedding or has the potential for being destructive, PLEASE advise us prior to boarding. Additional fees will apply for destruction of rooms, flooring, beds and furniture.
When booking a room, we cannot guarantee a specific room. Please advise us of the room type desired and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on availability. We have 38 rooms but a limited number of Petite, Luxury and Royalty rooms.
The dogs are given an opportunity to go outside every 2-3 hours during the day and are monitored by on site staff should a need arise to go outside in the middle of the night. Additional cleaning fees will apply to pets who consistently relieve in the room.
